DIOCESE OF BROOKLYN INDEPENDENT RECONCILIATION AND COMPENSATION PROGRAM (IRCP) PROVIDES SOME JUSTICE FOR SURVIVORS OF CLERGY SEXUAL ABUSE

If you or someone you know was abused by a priest, seminarian or deacon in Brooklyn or Queens, or from the Brooklyn Diocese, you may qualify for compensation. The Diocese of Brooklyn’s Independent Reconciliation and Compensation Program (ICRP) provides a confidential settlement process for qualifying survivors. We are helping abuse survivors navigate this process, and we can help you.

Please call us at 888-981-6038 for a consultation or submit an inquiry through our form.

If you are not sure whether you qualify or are conflicted about coming forward, reach out to us. We’re here to help.

Our free consultation can help you determine your eligibility for this program, or others. Everything you discuss will be privileged and confidential.

Choose empowerment and healing. The first step to empowerment and healing is to know your rights. We are a team of compassionate attorneys with years of experience in sexual abuse cases; we empower you with knowledge so you can make the right decision for you.

Do not delay. The deadline for Phase I submissions is September 30, 2017.
